In 2025, Delta Air Lines proudly celebrated their 100-year anniversary as the oldest operating airline in the United States.  On March 28, 2025, Delta Air Lines took delivery of this A350-900 aircraft with a special "100 YEARS" livery to celebrate the airlines centenary.  The delivering flight was DL9979, which departed at 8:50 AM CET from Toulouse (TLS) and arrived at 1:41 PM EDT at Atlanta (ATL).   

This model, bearing RN N527DN and Ship 3527, was produced to celebrate this aviation milestone.
