In fall of 2022, Lufthansa started introducing A321 freighter aircraft to supplement the world-wide operating 777s on medium-haul routes around Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Originally built for Air Berlin back in 2012, and after shorter stints with Austria's Niki and Eurowings, this A321 was converted to a freighter in 2023 and received the Irish greeting „Dia dhuit“, continuing the policy of Lufthansa Cargo to name their aircraft using typical greetings of the countries they serve.
