India’s Star Air began operations in 2019. From its base in the southern Indian metropolis of Bangalore, it has been able to quickly expand its route network to more than 20 domestic connections. The fleet of the still young airline currently includes four Embraer ERJ-145s as well as four larger E175LR, an improved variant of the original 175, externally recognizable by its enlarged winglets.
